Sandra Kay Fisher

Sandra K. Fisher, 87, of Anderson, Indiana, passed away on March 13, 2026. She grew up in Anderson and graduated from Anderson High School in 1957, where she served as head majorette. Soon after, she married Corwin Day, and together they had two children. She later married Clyde Fisher, also of Anderson.

Sandra enjoyed a long career at General Motors, retiring after thirty years. She greeted everyone with a warm smile and was remembered fondly as a loving wife, mother, daughter, mamaw, and friend. She took great pleasure in getting her hair done, shopping, tending to the flowers in her garden, and always seemed to have a caramel tucked in her pocket.

She is survived by her children, Tiffany Estridge and Scott (Melissa) Day; grandchildren, Samantha (Adam) Lawson and Caitlynn (Jared Shaw); great-granddaughter, Mia Lawson; and granddog, Lily. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Corwin Day and Clyde Fisher; her parents, John T. Wollam and Wilma E. (Lester) Fox; and her son-in-law, Michael Estridge.
