Sandra Winship ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Duncan Graves Funeral Home - Presque Isle on Mar. 17, 2026.Sandra Joyce Asher Winship (Bing) 84, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Presque Isle Health Care Nursing Home, on March 14, 2026, on her brother's birthday. She was born in Patten, Maine to Roland Asher and Cinderella Hope (Cole) Asher on September 8, 1941.She is survived by her children, Andrea Winship, Kelly Saucier and her husband Bryan Saucier, Erika Winship, and significant other Aaron. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, Lee, Christopher, Douglas and his wife Megan, Brandilynn and fiancé Tim, Destiny, Jayde and significant other Collin, Bailee, and Brooklyn, Stepanie and husband Joey, Amie, Bryan Jr. and wife Destini, and Roger. She also leaves behind thirteen great-grandchildren, Zane, Deegan, Addie, Aubree, Caleb, Rachel, Heather, Razz, Joey, Chloe, Tiarrah, Raegen, Eric, and one sister, Dorothy Sides, as well as several nieces and nephews.Sandra was predeceased by her parents and her husband Emerson G. Winship, one brother, Eddie, one sister, Margeret, and one great-granddaughter, Alexandria.Sandra spent most of her life working in retail, beginning her career at Mammoth Mart and later working at Kings, Ames, and Kmart. She eventually transitioned to housekeeping at Cary Medical Center and finished her career at the Presque Isle Nursing Home. Sandra deeply cherished her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her life revolved around her family and loved spending time at family gatherings. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting in her younger days and loved to cook, read, watch television, do crossword puzzles, play bingo, and loved card games. Sandra was the most generous and kind person to everyone.The family would like to extend a special thank you to Seniors Domestics Home Care Agency for the compassionate care they provided over the years and to two special people, Penny and Emmi. Also, to Presque Isle Health Care and to NL Home Care and Hospice for their kindness and support during her final hours.A celebration of Sandra's life will be held at Bryan and Kelly Saucier's home at 495 Caribou Road, Presque Isle and will be announced at a later date.
