Sandra Carol Foskey

Sandra Carol Foskey, age 72, of Ailey, passed away on Friday morning, March 13, 2026, at Memorial Health Meadows in Vidalia.

Born in Toombs County, she was the eldest of two children born to the late J. W. Smallpiece and Hazel Coleman Smallpiece. A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Sandra worked for many years in the textile industry at Oxford Industries, later owned and operated her own clothing store, Carol’s Jeans and Things, and served as a CNA before retiring in the early 1990s. She attended Uvalda Church of God and Bear Creek Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Carl Smallpiece.

Ms. Foskey is survived by her nephew, Stacy Smallpiece and his wife Nichole, of Ailey.
