Sandra A. Spencer

Sandra A. Spencer, 85, of Johnson City, passed away on March 9, 2026, at Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was predeceased by her husband, Mason Spencer, and her siblings, Edwin Mueller, Richard Mueller, and Shirley Mallory.

Sandra is survived by her five children, Gary C. Richards Jr., Mark Richards, Michael Spencer, Karen McCann, and Stacey Clark; her siblings, Evelyn Donholt, Harold Mueller, Elsie Heath, and Roy Greenwood; seven grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A woman who cherished her large and loving family, Sandra found her greatest joy in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the cancer foundation.
