It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra A. Kirk of Swink, Colorado, who passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Clark and Virgie Clark (Damron). She is survived by: her husband John Kirk; her children, David Kirk of Colorado and Wanda Barret of Ordway, CO; her grandchildren, Meranda Jackson, Rebecca Brisby, Tegan Kirk and Daxton Kirk; and her siblings, Darrell McDonald of Olney Springs, CO, Connie Wilson of Leota, KS and Berta Wilson of Olney Springs, CO.. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Peacock Memorial Chapel (109 E. 4th Street, La Junta, CO 81050). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (402 Potter Dr, La Junta, CO 81050).
