Samantha Mae Cowley

Samantha Mae Harris Cowley was born on February 17, 1989, in Hartford, Connecticut, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She passed away on February 26, 2026, at the age of 37. In recent years she lived in various communities throughout Utah.

Samantha possessed a vibrant spirit and a caring heart. She had a natural gift for making friends wherever she went and cherished the relationships she built. She loved the outdoors, particularly swimming and skiing, and held a deep affection for animals and her family. Known as a fighter, she stood up for what she believed was right.

She is survived by her children, Maximus Cowley and Zoe Delgado; her parents, Kevin Lee Harris and Cindy Roth Rowley; and her siblings, Amber Stevens Anderson, Slater Lee Harris, and Casey Jasmine Harris. Samantha will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
