With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Tralmer Lindsey of Calhoun, Georgia, who passed away on March 8, 2026 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Slyvester Tralmer and Norma Schoot Tralmer; her husband John M. Lindsey; her son Alex John Lindsey; her brother Calvin Tralmer; and her brothers-in-law, Cyril Hart and Michael Philps.

She is survived by: her daughter Leanne Cox (Hank); her grandchildren, John Henry Cox, Lindsey Cox and Morgan Cox; and her siblings, Corwin Tralmer (Marlene), Arthur Tralmer (Mary), Luanne Hart and Kathleen Philps. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Danburg Baptist Church Cemetery.
