We bid farewell to Sally Lee Pestle of Macomb, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 7, 2026 at the age of 90. Sally touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Shellhaas and Myrrl Shellhaas (Spence); and her brother John Shellhaas. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer DeJong (William) of Macomb, IL, Dwight Pestle (Julie Flynn) of Bushnell, IL and Matthew Pestle (Sarah Watkins) of Nelson; her grandson Colin DeJong of Iowa City, IA; and her brother David Shellhaas of West Milton, OH..

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Martin-Hollis Funeral Home (771 N Crafford St, Bushnell, IL 61422). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Bushnell Township Cemetery (1500 E Hail St, Bushnell, IL 61422).
