May 5, 1974— March 6, 2026
Los Angeles, CA
Ryan Clark Bennett, age 51, passed away on March 6, 2026, in Los Angeles, California, following recent medical complications.
Born on May 5, 1974, in Delta, Utah, to Ted Clark Bennett and Karen Pace Bennett, Ryan was raised in Holden, Utah. He graduated from Millard High School in 1992, where he played football and wrestled and was named Visual Arts Sterling Scholar. A faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served a mission in the California San Diego Mission and later held many callings, particularly those involving the young men and Scouting. He was an Eagle Scout and a member of the Order of the Arrow.
Ryan found deep satisfaction in construction work, woodworking, and restoring cars. He possessed a remarkable eye for beauty, seeing potential and grace in everything around him—from weathered buildings and aging vehicles to the people he met each day. He gave of himself selflessly, always ready to listen, comfort, and love without judgment, and remained a steady, supportive presence for those he held dear.
Ryan is survived by his beloved wife, Hollie, and their daughter, Adie; his children, Taylor Lynn and Chase Ashby of Fort Collins, Colorado; his parents, Ted and Karen Bennett; his siblings, Jerid Bennett of Holden, Utah, Nicholas Bennett of Pleasant View, Utah, and Tamra (Jarvis) Robison of Fillmore, Utah; and 13 nieces and nephews who adored him. His compassion and ability to uplift others left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
