Ruth M Parker

Ruth M. Parker of Garden City, Georgia, passed away on March 10, 2026. Born on October 12, 1939, in Plattsburgh, New York, she was the daughter of the late Damase V. and Nina Martin.

A longtime resident of the Savannah area, Ruth was a devoted member of Garden City United Methodist Church. She found deep fulfillment in her faith and in the quiet strength she brought to her family.

She is survived by her son, Thomas (Tommy) Parker III of Guyton; her daughter, Lori (David) Lee of Springfield; her grandson, Dillan Mosley; and her great-grandson, Eli M. Mosley, both of Springfield. Her memory will continue to live on through them and the many lives she touched with her gentle presence.
