Ruth Jo Anne Ralls

Ruth Jo Anne Ralls, 79, of Prineville, Oregon, passed away on March 8, 2026. Born on September 8, 1946, in Moorhead, Minnesota, to Florence and Bert Mason, she spent her early years in Sabin, Minnesota, before her family moved to Oregon in 1952. She graduated from Springfield Senior High School in 1964.

Ruth served in the United States Navy from January 1967 to January 1970, stationed in Massachusetts. She later worked for the United States Postal Service in Redmond, Oregon, for many years, retiring in 2012. She found great joy in gardening and tending to her roses, traveling, baking, making jewelry, and collecting antiques. She had a special love for animals, cherished time spent with her grandchildren, favored the color red, and was known for her keen sense of fashion.

She is survived by her husband Ronnie Ralls, her daughter Catrina Rhoten, two grandchildren Lily and Hudson Rhoten, five sisters Susan Sanford, Kay Jordan, Fay Endicott, Sharon Hyde, and Sandy Mason, and two brothers Zane Mason and Dallas Mason. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Lee Murray.

Ruth will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
