Ruth "Annie" Bates, passed peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at The Garden of Camp Hill. She retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with 15 years of dedicated service. She loved the Lord and knew He was always at her side. Ruth Ann leaves to celebrate her life and memory, her siblings, nieces, nephews, and host a relatives and friends.
