Rudy O'Neal, 63, of Biloxi, Mississippi, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in Biloxi.
Born to Floyd W. O'Neal and Karen Kloppmann O'Neal, Rudy was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother Gregory O'Neal, step-brothers Don (Sharon) Langham and Keith Langham, and his step-mother Bernita O'Neal.
In his younger years, Rudy found joy in riding horses, deer hunting, and fishing. He worked as a general laborer at Ingalls Shipbuilding, where he contributed his skills for many years.
He leaves behind family who will remember him for the simple pleasures he cherished and the steady presence he provided in their lives.
