He was born on October 14, 1947 in Little Rock to the late Roy Lee Edwards Sr. and Lillian Virgil Edwards of North Little Rock.In addition to his parents, Roy is preceded in death by his son Rusty Edwards.Roy is survived by his wife Jeannie Edwards of Austin, AR; daughter Brittany Adam of Austin, AR; daughter Ashley Adam (Jeff) of Searcy; grandsons Logan (Rebecca), Casey, Curt, and Kyle; great-granddaughter Heather; sister Sandra Kay Edwards of North Little Rock; along with a host of extended family and friends.Roy proudly served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 1967-1972.
