Roy C. Bruggeman

Roy C. Bruggeman, 73, of Export, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, in Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. Born on November 2, 1952, in Braddock, he was the son of the late James R. and Dorothy (Noonan) Bruggeman.

Roy spent his working years as a dedicated employee of B&K Tool and Die, Innovative Carbide, and the Clover Leaf Golf Course. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Norma Bossart and Dorothy Ersick.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia “Patty” (Trabucco) Bruggeman; his loving children, Stephanie Bruggeman and Michael Bruggeman; and his siblings, James Bruggeman, Janet Malego, and Carol McClelland. He will also be dearly missed by several nieces and nephews.

Roy’s family and friends will remember him as a devoted husband, father, and brother whose quiet strength and steady presence enriched their lives.
