Roxanne Kipper, 52, of North Vernon passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at IU Health University Hospital.Family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Life from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2026, at The Barn at Willow Lake Event Center. Sawyer - Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service has been entrusted with the arrangements.Born October 29, 1973, in Madison. Roxanne was the daughter of Roscoe and Anita Hatton Roberts. She married Troy Kipper on August 23, 1997.Roxanne graduated from Jennings County High School in the class of 1992. She earned an associates degree in business from Indiana University. After starting her own family she opened a day care business that she ran for twenty-two years.Roxanne enjoyed camping, hiking, and various outdoor adventures. She always looked forward to family vacations in Destin, FL where she would spend her time enjoying the beach with those she loved.Roxanne is survived by her husband, Troy Kipper; son, Alex Kipper; daughter, Alexis and her husband, Chance Newkirk; her parents, Roscoe and Anita Roberts; brother, Jason and his wife Amanda Roberts; Father in law and mother in law, Joe and Vicki Kipper; brother in law, Eric Kipper, sister in law, Trisha Skinner; aunts and uncles, Katrina and Jim Miller, Raymond and Joann Roberts, and the Hatton families in Madison. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Jackson and Mia Roberts, and Cole Skinner.Memorials may be made in Roxanne's memory to Riley Hospital for Children through Sawyer - Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service.
