Rosetta M. Tagliamonte Wilson

Rosetta M. Tagliamonte Wilson, 84, of Syracuse, New York, passed away on March 13, 2026, at Elderwood at Liverpool. Born in Syracuse to the late Cosmo and Virginia (Lucarelli) Napoletano, she graduated from The Convent School at Maria Regina College in 1956. Rosetta devoted many years to raising her children as a stay-at-home mother before beginning a career in healthcare, where she worked for several physicians in the Syracuse area. She took great pleasure in dancing and in cooking for family and friends.

Predeceased by her former husband, Charles Tagliamonte, Rosetta is survived by her daughter, Linda M. Tagliamonte (John Inserra) of Utica; her sons, Daniel Tagliamonte (Allyson Thibodeau) of Jamesville and Michael Tagliamonte of North Syracuse; three grandchildren, Daniel Z. Tagliamonte, Taylor A. (Robert) Tagliamonte-Edick, and Michael D. Tagliamonte; and two great-grandchildren, Antonia Edick and Santino Edick.

She will be remembered for her quiet strength, her love of home and family, and the warmth she brought to those around her.
