June 29, 1962— March 11, 2026
Havre de Grace, MD
Rosemary Wilson, daughter of the late Robert James and Ethel Lee Wilson, was born in June 1962. She passed away on March 11, 2026, with her husband by her side.
Rosemary graduated from Wilmington High School in 1980. In 1981, she married her beloved Jerome Farrington, and they shared 44 years of marriage. She worked at Chase Bank and Harford Memorial Hospital before opening her own home daycare, God’s Little Angels, in Havre de Grace, Maryland, in 2003.
Known affectionately as Melma, Rosemary was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and strength touched everyone around her. She found joy in cooking, singing, worshiping at church, and spending time with her family. She was always the first to show up for others, setting aside her own needs, sacrificing without hesitation, and trusting God to provide.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Josephine Wilson, Christina Williams, and Queenoila Wilson, and brother Willie Wilson. Rosemary leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Jerome Farrington; her daughters, Anna, Crystal, Aaliyah, Arnesha, and Briana; her sisters, Marion, Mary Wilson, Grace Dorsey, and Cynthia Wilson; her brothers, Robert Wilson Jr., Lester Wilson, Alex Wilson, Morris Broomer, and Timothy Wilson; her grandchildren, Aaron, Antonio, Anthony, Ania, Kahlei, Alexander, Jasmine, Emma-Grace, and Modou; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends, and her church family. Her love, strength, and compassion will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
