Roseli Theberath

Dundas, MN - Roseli Aparecida Roschini Theberath, 60, went to be with her heavenly Father on March 13th, 2026, after a long fight with breast cancer. She is survived by her husband, John, and two daughters, Monique and Nicole. She worked at Bon Appetit as a line server at Saint Olaf's cafeteria and was popular among students. She was also a dedicated student of English at Dakota Prairie. Roseli was an integral member of her church serving as an usher and helping its early establishment in Minnesota, sharing the gospel with many. She was involved within the greater Brazilian community and well known for her exceptional cooking and hosting. Her kindness, positive energy and love for God will be her lasting legacy.
