Rose Hulsey ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by Memorial Park Funeral Home North Riverside Chapel on Mar. 9, 2026.Mrs. Rose Marie Hulsey, age 77, of Gainesville, Georgia, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 7, 2026, following a sudden illness.Mrs. Hulsey was born on September 28, 1948, in Gainesville, Georgia, to the late John Hoyt and Mary Dyer. She was a graduate of North Hall High School, where she met the love of her life, Joseph William "Joe" Hulsey. They were married and shared 60 wonderful years together.Mrs. Hulsey worked as a nurse for Dr. Newman & Dr. Langston in pediatrics, before returning to school. Mrs. Hulsey attended North Georgia Technical College where she received her Medical Technology Degree.She worked for over three decades at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. She was also a faithful member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Clermont, Georgia. And was an avid gardener and enjoyed being a part of the Hall County Master Gardener group.She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and a wonderful friend to all who knew her. Her family meant everything to her, and she especially cherished her grandsons.Survivors include: Her loving husband of 60 years, Joseph William "Joe" Hulsey of Gainesville; daughter and son-in-law, Sherri Lynn and Ross Christensen; son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Stefanie Hulsey; and her three beloved grandsons, Mason Brock, Leyton Hulsey, and Carson Hulsey.She was preceded in death by her parents, John Hoyt and Mary Dyer, and her brother, Tony Dyer.Mrs. Hulsey will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel.
