Rose was born on July 23, 1945, the daughter of Leonard and Retha (Leemaster) Hodgeman in Cheyenne, WY. Rose will be dearly missed by her family and friends.Rose was preceded in death by her parents and son, Chuck Franklin of Ashville, NC. She is survived by two children, Debby Flinn and Billy Franklin, and one sister, Shirley Culver of Cottonwood, AZ. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren also survive.A private family graveside service will be held.
