She is also survived by her sister Marilyn Long and her brother Kevin Leyn.Rose Ann is survived by her three daughters Anne Marie Brucato (Frank), Noreen Gabbani (Ronnie), Karin Green (Dave) and her son Norman Gardell (Megan).She was a proud grandmother of nine grandchildren Frank Brucato, Nick Brucato (Nicole), Emily Brullo (Christopher), Rebecca Ann, Bianca Ratner (Joseph) Julianna Green; Norman, Jack and Liam Gardell.Rose Ann was also blessed by eight great grandchildren, Nicholas, Nunzio, Anthony, Neovani, Joseph, Harper, Noelle and Logan, whom she adored.Rose Ann was a homemaker for many years where she enjoyed sewing crocheting doing various crafts and raising her family. She volunteered at Holy Child Preschool and at PS 42.She loves spending time at the Jersey shore and traveling with her family. When her children were grown, she worked in Manhattan at Merrill Lynch as an Executive Secretary for many years until her retirement.Rose Ann will be deeply missed by all who loved her.A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Friday at Holy Child Church located at 4747 Amboy Road Staten Island, New York 10312.The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York.Online condolences may be made to the family at www.scaliahome.comTo plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
