It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa Guel in McAllen, Texas, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gonzalo Guel, Marcelina Guel, Macedonio Gonzalez and Rosa Maria Gonzalez. She is survived by: her parents, Jorge Guel and Maria Grisela Guel; her sisters, Lorena Guel, Karina Guel (Arnoldo J. Nunez), Joanna Guel (Jorge L. Garcia) and Angelica Zepeda (Jesus Zepeda); and her children, Francisco Antonio Gonzalez and Brianna Nicole Gonzalez.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Madre Cabrini Catholic Church (8001 S Cage Blvd, Pharr, TX 78577). Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funerals and Cremations (1300 I-69C, Edinburg, TX 78542). A rosary will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
