Ronda Chaffee

Ronda Ruth Chaffee, 53, of Norwalk, passed away on March 3, 2026, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center following a courageous battle with cancer. Born on September 2, 1972, in Pikeville, Kentucky, to Ronald and Pauline McGue, she grew up attending Norwalk City Schools and remained an active member of New Covenant Lighthouse Church throughout her life.

Ronda cherished the outdoors, particularly fishing, and found joy in simple pleasures such as playing Yahtzee, singing karaoke, and shooting pool. She was known for her warm spirit and the deep love she held for her family.

She is survived by her mother, Pauline; her children, Ronald Barnett (Georgianna), Jonathan Barnett (Ally), Tabatha Hopkins, Joshua Schrock, Angel Moore, and Russell Schrock; her brother, Paul McGue (Sara); and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald, and her son, James.
