Ronda Ann "Knox" Berryhill

Ronda Ann Berryhill, born Ronda Ann Knox on October 28, 1943, in Bastrop, Texas, to Muriel Oscar Knox and Vada Ronda Coppic Knox, passed away on March 9, 2026, in Ardmore, Oklahoma, at the age of 82.

Raised in Bastrop, where she graduated from high school, Ronda began her working life as a store retailer in Austin. She met and married the love of her life, Charlie Berryhill, on January 15, 1969, at Ft. Hood, Texas. She cherished Charlie as her knight in shining armor, looking up to him with deep admiration. Together they raised six children and traveled the world as he served faithfully in the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer. In 2013, she and Charlie were sealed to one another for time and eternity.

Ronda had a vibrant spirit and many passions. She loved riding horses and performed as an amateur trick rider. She found joy in writing poetry, painting, and researching family history. She was a proud member of the Kleberg County Mounted Patrol in Kingsville, Texas, and a lifelong Christian and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Charlie on June 30, 2014, and four children who passed at early ages. Ronda is survived by her daughter, Vada Ronda Theresa Davis and husband Rusty of Abilene, Texas; her son, Barry Berryhill and wife Cali of Calera, Oklahoma; seven cherished grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
