He spent much of his life in California before moving to Texas in 2018. Wherever Paul went, he brought warmth, compassion, and a genuine interest and care for others.Paul had a gift for connecting with people. Whether through a quick conversation in the grocery store or time spent with his family or friends, Paul had a way of making people feel welcome, valued, and cared for. His servant's heart and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on anyone who knew him.Paul is lovingly remembered by his wife, Kelly; his daughters, Emily and Samantha; his brother, Sonny Mansell; sisters, and extended family, including nephews in Michigan and his church family at Calvary Bible Church.Paul was preceded in death by his mother, Jewel Garrett, and his father, James Mansell.He will be remembered for his kindness, his servant's heart, and the way he made everyone feel like a friend.A memorial service celebrating Paul's life will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at Calvary Bible Church.
