Ronald "Ron" McGregor

Of Buffalo, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 15, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Catherine "Kay" (nee Pecoraro); Cherished father of Christine (Joseph) Giglia, and the late Robin Eagan, and Charles (Cheryl Lombardo) McGregor; Devoted Papa of Tracy (Jason) Raczka, Amy Eagan, Michael Jerome, Charles (Kayla McSorley) McGregor, Kayla, and Gabriella Giglia; Loving great-papa of Anthony, Aaron, Donovan, and Zoe; Adored adopted Papa of Lina Manley. Also survived by many cousins, family, and friends. Ron was a laborer with the City of Buffalo for 30 years, majority spent with sanitation. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel) 4614 Main St., near Harlem Rd., on Sunday March 22, from 12-3 PM where a prayer service will immediately follow at 3 PM.
