Ronald Lee Kasten, 90, of Washington, Missouri, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026.
He is survived by his wife of many years, Lois Kasten (née Grotelueschen); their three children, Nathan Kasten and his wife Kathy of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Lenore Berlinski and her husband Mark of Murphy, North Carolina, and Claire Knehans and her husband Mark of Villa Ridge, Missouri; daughter-in-law Julie Kasten of Dover, Delaware; eight grandchildren, Hannah, Ryan, Jacob (Lauren), Adam (Clare), Nicholas (Sarah), Matthew (Hannah), and Henry (Meredith); and six great-grandchildren, Judah, Violet, Walter, Launhardt, Madeline, and Margaret. He is also survived by two sisters, Janice Flentke of St. Peters and Lois Jobe of Ballwin, sister-in-law Joan Grotelueschen of Phoenix, Arizona, and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Born to Albert and Edna (née Holle) Kasten, Ronald lived a long and steady life rooted in faith and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, his parents-in-law Paul and Esther (née Kuehnert) Grotelueschen, four brothers-in-law, and one sister-in-law.
He will be remembered with love and gratitude by all whose lives he touched.
