Ronald James Foster, age 78 of Coopers Plains, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones on March 11, 2026. Born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on January 24, 1948, to the late Joseph and Dorothy (Pearce) Foster, Ron lived a life rooted in community, faith, and simple joys.
A longtime member of the Coopers Plains Fire Department and Victory Highway Wesleyan Church, he was known for his steady presence and quiet dedication. Ron found happiness in fishing, riding his motorcycle, and sharing meals with family and friends, especially at the Stonehouse Cafe.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia (VanAlstine) Foster; his daughter, Michelle (Joshua) Price; grandchildren, Jackson and Ruthie Price; his brother, Joseph Foster; his twin brother, Donald (Janette) Foster; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
