Ronald J. Moore

Ronald J. Moore, 89, of Annville, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

Born in Smethport, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Howard and Mabel (Coon) Moore. Ron spent his career as a truck driver for UPS before retiring. He found great joy in golfing, bowling, and following his favorite teams, Notre Dame and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also cherished his regular breakfasts at Schwalm’s Restaurant in Cleona.

He is survived by his three children, Kevin Moore and his wife Joy, Jaime Hoffman and her husband Edward, and Kim Parrish and her husband Michael; eight grandchildren, Brady Hoffman, Lucy Hoffman, Robbie Parrish, Jennie Parrish, Jennifer Tomko, Lauren Boger and her husband Derrick, Sarah Moore, and Ronald Moore; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Jane Vogel and Sue Rossi and her husband Joseph. Ron was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Moore, and a great-grandchild.
