Ronald Eric Nelson July 3, 1959 – March 6, 2026

Ronald Eric Nelson, 66, passed away on March 6, 2026. Born in Phoenix on July 3, 1959, Ron lived a life defined by dedication, kindness, and love for his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa L. Nelson (67); son, Trevor Nelson (27), daughter, Lindsay Nelson (23) and siblings Jan Bonestroo, and Randy Nelson.

Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Food Management from Northern Arizona University. Over his career, he worked as a food and beverage manager before dedicating 15 years to ST Microelectronics, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Above all, Ron cherished his family and took pride in providing for them through his hard work and steadfast devotion. His legacy of love, integrity, and perseverance will continue to inspire those who knew him.

Funeral services will be held March 22nd 11:30 at Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85018. There will be no public reception following the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ron’s memory to the American Diabetes Association.
