He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Buckmaster Heagy. He is survived by: his father Ronald C. Heagy Sr. (Betty Heagy); his daughters, Roni Heagy and Gracie Heagy; and his siblings, Penny Culp (Ron) and Mike Heagy (Bobbi).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hope Church (2817 Santiam Hwy SE, Albany, OR 97322).
