Ronald Bruce Slater, 63, of Milton, passed away at his home on March 12, 2026. Born on August 4, 1962, in New Haven, Connecticut, he proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for twenty years, retiring after a distinguished career of honorable service. He carried the values of duty, honor, and commitment with him throughout his life.
He is survived by his wife, Sigrun Slater; his children, Benjamin (Stephanie) Slater, Thomas Slater, and Jenny Slater; his siblings, Debbi Castaldi, David Slater, and April Davis; his six grandchildren; and other loving family members and friends. Ronald was predeceased by his father, Melvin Slater.
