Ronald B. Dunham

Ronald B. Dunham passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, in Bakersfield, California, at the age of 87. Born on December 30, 1938, in the town that remained close to his heart throughout his life, Ronald was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend. He lived with kindness and a gentle humor that endeared him to everyone he met.

A proud veteran, Ronald served honorably in the United States Navy. His commitment to service continued in his active role with the Vessels of Honor at his local church, where his faith served as a guiding light and source of deep joy. He also found lifelong fulfillment in landscaping, where his green thumb and meticulous care transformed gardens into places of beauty and serenity.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Joy Dunham, his steadfast companion of many years; his four children; two siblings; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He will be remembered for the compassion, laughter, dedication, and grace he brought to every part of his life.
