With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rolland Wilbur De Winter of Sparta, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 5, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Winter and Gladys De Winter; his siblings, Arlo, Genevieve and Lorraine; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Ronald and Katherine.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia Levandoski; his children, Connie Christy (Alan), Rolland Jr. De Winter (Sharon), Judy Van Dyken (Fred) and Peter De Winter (Sherri); his grandchildren, Rochelle (Jim), Angela (Dan), Jennifer (Chris), Aaron (Ashley), Elizabeth, Fred and Matt (Stacy); and his great grandchildren, Jaden, Kylee, Jack, Caleb, Bradley, Ella, Maddison, Lucas, Noah, Graham and Emi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Apple Valley Events (2124 12 Mile Rd NW, Sparta, MI 49345). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
