He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Guidry and Audrey Guidry; and his sibling Shara Viator. He is survived by: his wife Libby Gendron Guidry; his children, Ashley Sissell (Spencer), Allison Whitman (Jonathan), Kristen Dingeman (Eddie) and Ryan Guidry (Hillary); his grandchildren, Emmett Whitman, Edward Dingeman, Harrison Sissell, Sadie Sissell and Elizabeth Dingeman; and his siblings, Tammy Wall, Tara Guidry and Russ Guidry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Audubon Funeral Home & Cremation Services (61101 US-11, Slidell, LA 70458). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
