Rogelio Benites Salinas

Rogelio Benites Salinas, aged 60, lived most of his life in Texas. He passed away surrounded by his family on March 6, 2026.

Born in Tierra Caliente, Guerrero, in Xochimilco, Rogelio was an exceptionally hardworking man who was always looking for ways to support and help his family. He was known for his honesty and for always speaking his mind. His great passion was music, and he performed with several groups throughout his life. Later, he started his own business alongside his youngest son, Rogelio Benítez, who had been his favorite from the day he was born. Above all, Rogelio devoted most of his time to ensuring the well-being of his loved ones.

He is survived by his wife, Josefina Salinas Benítez, and their four children: eldest son David Benítez, daughter Mayte Benítez, son Anselmo Benítez, and youngest son Rogelio Benítez. He also leaves behind several grandchildren who will miss his stories and the joy he always shared with them.

Though he left this world too soon, his family remains grateful for the life lessons he taught them and carries his memory with strength and love. They look forward to the day they will meet again.
