Rocky Ray Tucker, 63, of Blackfoot, Idaho, passed away at the Huntsman Cancer Institute on March 8, 2026. He was born on August 8, 1962, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Vernon Dean Tucker Sr. and Alice Gertrude Tucker, and was raised in Blackfoot, where he received his education.
