Rochelle "Shelly" Levine Wisniewski

Rochelle "Shelly" Levine Wisniewski passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, with her family beside her in Moncks Corner, South Carolina where she lived with her daughter.

Shelly was born July 26th, 1938, to Charles and Dorothy (Karp) Levine in Stamford, CT. She was married to Theodore "Ted" Wisniewski. Shelly loved her life in Norwalk where she enjoyed her children's special events and then her grandchildren. She had a passion for reading and learning, with special interests in her roots and sharing that with family and friends.

Shelly and her husband owned and operated Teddy's Transportation System, Inc., a National Limousine Operator of the Year company from 1978 until her retirement in 2008 when she passed the reins onto her children.

In addition to her parents and late husband, Shelly is also preceded in death by a son Theodore "Teddy" Wisniewski and a sister Judith "Judy" Merryman.

She leaves this world with her cherished memories of her children; her son Charles and Amy Wisniewski and Amy's children Denis and Liliane "Lili" Sierra, her daughter Linda and Scott Bento and their children James, Samantha and Lillian Bento; a great grandson McLynn (Mok Mok) Cadiente; Ted's children Nicole Wisniewski-Meakham and Theodore Wisniewski IV, their mother Michelle Calabrese and step-mother Janine McConnell, and Janine's daughter Greta.

Services will be announced later this spring.

Burial will occur in Norwalk, CT. at a later date.
