She is survived by: her parents, Jak Louden and Betty Kathryn Stephens Smith; her son Louden David Scott; her sisters, Juli A. Harmon of Washington and Mindi D. Seaman of Lakewood, Colorado; her siblings' children, Katelyn Smith and Garrett Bailey; the father of her child David T. Scott; and her close friend Zoey Large. She is also survived by grand-niece; four grand-nephews; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity Christian Church (2406 10th Ave, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
