He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Moyer of Jasper, MI and Hilda Moyer (Houttekier); and his stepmother Donna Moyer. He is survived by: his children, Heather Moyer of Morenci, MI, J. Robert Moyer (Kristin Bissell) of Adrian, MI and Cameron Moyer of Adrian, MI; and his greatest joys, Serena "Sage", Brody, Charles and Paul. He is also survived by several siblings; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Handler Funeral Home-Tecumseh Chapel (313 W Pottawatamie St, Tecumseh, MI 49286).
