Fletcher, of Woodville Rd., Ashaway, passed away at the Westerly Hospital with her family by her side, on Friday evening, March 6th, 2026.Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was the daughter of Rejeanne Asciolla and the late Roger Viens.Robin was a CNA for Westerly Nursing Home for many years and had also worked at the Westerly Hospital and The Elms. She was most happy when she was doing private duty nursing. In addition, Robin was the co-owner of Fletcher Heating and Burner Repair.Robin enjoyed life, loved to travel with her husband and family, play Bingo, and go fishing and boating. To Robin, spending time with her family was most important.In addition to her devoted husband John, she leaves behind her four children, Melissa Gustafson, Lianne Noel, Kayla Fletcher and Kyle Riddell; her brother Kevin Viens; six cherished grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Robin was predeceased by three siblings, Sandra Lawton, Lori Viens, and Rick Viens.Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, March 11th from 4-7pm at Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home, 59 Spruce St., Westerly. A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday at 1p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at River Bend Cemetery, Westerly.
