It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robin Blackwell of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Blackwell and Oddie Plemons (Burke); and her brother Clarence Charles Blackwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Rosanna Gutierrez and Paige Weygandt; her husband Carlos Gutierrez; her sister Lindy Blackwell; her stepfather Melvin Plemons; and her niece Tanya Zich. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pfeffer Funeral Home (928 S 14th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
