Robin Ann Stangel

Robin Ann Stangel, age 72, of Blossburg, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at her home. Born on November 15, 1953, in Rome, New York, she was the daughter of Clarence Carrier and Mary (Miller-Secor) Carrier.

Robin was a devoted mother and grandmother who found great joy in spending time with her family. She was an avid reader, loved working on puzzles, and cherished her cat, Kit Kat. Always active and on the go, she was a longtime member of the Blossburg VFW Auxiliary, the Arnot Sportsman’s Club, and the Blossburg American Legion.

She is survived by her children, Ronald (Erin) Corbett of Taberg, New York, Daniel (Jamie) Stangel of Blossburg, Pennsylvania, Tammy Cannon of Lakeside, California, and Chad (Kaylee Wishart) Stangel of Rome, New York; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Ronald, Clarence “Norm,” David, Gerald “Jerry,” and Nelson “Bud” Carrier, and Susan “Sue” and Jane Carrier.
