Robin Ahders

Robin Ahders, 67, of Enosburgh, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans.

Born on January 21, 1959, in New Jersey, to Conrad and Marilyn Barrer, Robin devoted her career to caring for others as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. Her compassion and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on those she served, particularly the elderly, whom she cared for with unwavering kindness and love.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Robin found her deepest joy in her family, especially the laughter and happiness of her beloved grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. Her nurturing spirit also found expression in her passion for gardening, where she tended sunflowers, yellow roses, and delighted in the butterflies and hummingbirds that visited her garden. She also cherished the simple pleasure of watching her favorite soap operas.

She is survived by her daughter, Heather Cooper and her husband Chris; grandchildren Nathanyal, Tanyer, and Cheyanne; siblings Eric Barrer and Jennifer Barrer; niece Alisha Chaloux and many other nieces and nephews; cousin Julie Potter and her husband Douglas; and special friends Jeanette Candles, Lori Lagro, Marilyn LaRochelle, and David Atherton. She was predeceased by her parents, Marilyn and Conrad Barrer; her sister, Judith Phfile; and her son, BJ Robtoy.
