He was predeceased by: his parents, Guillerma C. Perez and Arturo Perez; and his brother Anthony C. Perez. He is survived by: his children, Roberto A. Rodriguez (Denise Rodriguez) and Alysia Mena; his grandchildren, Robert Rodriguez and Liela Marroquin; his great grandchild Soila Reina Marroquin; and his siblings, Margaret Rodriguez (Archie), Benita Hester and Angel D. Perez.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Crespo Funeral Home (2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, TX 77003). A rosary will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Forest Park (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
