Roberto was born on September 14, 1955 to the late Roberto Cruz Sr. and Maria Crespo in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was married to the late Debra Burke Cruz. Roberto was an engineer for Rockland County for many years. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.He is survived by his daughters, Jessica Cruz (T.J.
