Roberta J. MillerFebruary 8, 1943 -March 14, 2026Roberta J Miller, 83, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026.She graduated from Gainesville High School in 1961. Her favorite extracurricular activity was Cheerleading.After graduating high school, she attended Massey Business College in Atlanta. She went on to enjoy a successful career selling Real Estate after obtaining her Real Estate License.She was a dog and cat lover that was always willing to take in a stray.She enjoyed being a member of the Dogwood Garden Club and the Phoenix Society Club. She was an avid Bridge Club player and loved gardening.Roberta was preceded in death by her parents Coy E Jarrard and Lena Adams Jarrard,She is survived by her Sister Francelle SiskSister Margie J Barnes (The late Roy C Barnes) Daughter Celena Knapp (Brett) Son Matthew Miller (Rachel)Grandchildren Brittany Knapp (Scott), Coty Knapp (Megan),Austin Miller.Great grandsons Mason Knapp and Julian Knapp.Nephews Joe Barnes (Alison)Tim Barnes (Robin) and several other nieces and nephews.A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday March 28th, 2:00 pm at Talmo Baptist Church, Talmo, GA. Family will be receiving Friends after the service. Her presence will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.The Miller family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Bristol Hospice and Cynthia (A Helping Hand Agency) as well as family and friends who provided special care for Roberta during this time.
