Robert W. Heck, Sr.

Robert W. Heck, Sr., age 80, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2026.

Born to the late Helen and Edward J. Heck, he was the devoted husband of Jaclyn Heck (nee Warner) and a loving father to Robert Heck, Jr. (Eunice), Kathleen Sauer (Mark), and Maureen Primavera (Anthony). He was a proud and cherished “Poppy” to his grandchildren Brianna (Tom), Alexandra, Bobby (Rebecca), Geralyn, Jaclyn, Mark, Giovanna, Giuliana, and Angelo, and a loving great-grandfather to Macklin, Logan, Beau, and Scottie.

Robert was the dear brother of Michael (Maureen) and Barbara Ann (Bud), and the late Edward (Donna) and Dennis. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Bob was an avid Philadelphia sports fan who especially loved following the Big 5. He spent many years coaching baseball and basketball with the Mayfair Red Devils, sharing his passion for sports with countless young athletes. A familiar and enthusiastic presence in the stands, he never missed a game involving his grandchildren. He also enjoyed golfing, spending time in North Wildwood, and being a proud member of the Elks Lodge.
