Robert's early years were spent under the loving guidance of his parents, Julian G. Navarro (deceased) and Gloria O. Navarro. Alongside his sister Debra Chavarria (Gilbert) and brother Julian O. Navarro. A proud United States Army Veteran, Robert served his country with honor and distinction. He is survived by his daughters, Christina Navarro (Christian Sander) and Tanja Navarro (Lewis Paine). He was grandfather to Alma Navarro Paine and Petula Navarro Paine.
